Freeview refers to the local channels ranging from 1 to 99. In most areas you should be able to pick up as many as 25 digital free to air channels. If you have trouble receiving this many channels something may be wrong with the cabling, booster, antenna or wall plate. However, sometimes you could simply need a set top box.
